Chelsea, West Ham agree on a transfer fee for Emerson Palmieri
As far as calciomercato’s story goes, West Ham’s pursuit of Emerson Palmieri in this transfer window has been one of the more intriguing. They expressed interest in the Italy international, withdrew after not agreeing to personal terms, and then pulled out again two days later. Fortunately for everyone involved, the story appears to be coming to an end.
Chelsea and West Ham have now fully agreed on a transfer fee, according to Fabrizio Romano, with the Hammers apparently ready to pay us a fixed fee of £13m plus £2m in add-ons fee.
