NBA Philadelphia 76ers vs Houston Rockets

Philadelphia got off to a slow start, but they have recovered significantly and are now in contention for the top spot in the East. They have lost just two of their last five games, and both have been on the road.

Joel Embiid is in “Dr. J” mode. He scores, he assists, and he rebounds. In losses to the Cavaliers and Memphis in the last two games, Embiid has the most points, rebounds, and assists. Someone helped him, and he couldn’t do it alone.

The Rockets’ six-game losing streak is now over. They have improved. After that losing streak, they played 12 games and won five, which wouldn’t surprise us to say they’re going to be champions, but progress has been made.

They’re currently on a four-game road trip, and they beat the Suns 122-121. Sometimes they manage to catch them by surprise and issue important warnings. In that game, Jalen Green had one of his best games of the season, scoring 30 points.

Despite the Rockets’ improvement, the Sixers will emerge victorious. Those percentages don’t help Houston. They have a 24.5% chance of winning right now, but their effort in past games may prove that number wrong.

The problem is that Philadelphia needs this win more than Houston, and maybe the Suns were too relaxed in their last game against Houston. With this president, the Sixers can’t afford to lose this game because they’re still in playoff contention.
