Furthermore, McDaniels was accused of distributing the film with classmates at Federal Way High School in Washington.

McDaniel was made public by San Diego University 2.5 months after the claim was made. He did not respond to specific queries but referred them to his counsel.

Nonetheless, King County Superior Court ordered him to address the women’s allegations in detail.

Apology

Jalen later pleaded culpability in court records, claiming that he was the one who taped both claimed films.

He also admitted to sharing them with a select circle of acquaintances and then deleting them shortly afterward.

Similarly, McDaniels stated that he had honestly apologized to both victims for his actions. No crime is light weighted or casual.

Any crime against any citizen, regardless of the circumstances, is abhorrent. The San Diego basketball player has committed offenses against female dignity.

Two court proceedings were filed to prove the offenses were committed separately. Nonetheless, he dared to make the same error a second time.

The repeating factor compromises his apology since he would not have done it again if he had regretted his previous actions.

Both females stated that the events harmed their lives. As a result of such a horrific tragedy, both of them attempted suicide later on.
