Adebayo Bam was born on July 18, 1997, in Newark, New Jersey, USA. John Adebayo, his father, is a Nigerian immigrant, and Marilyn Blount, his mother, is an American.
Even though his parents named him Edrice at birth, his mother eventually nicknamed him “Bam Bam,” after the character from the American sitcom The Flintstones.
